Objective Summary
The Microsoft “Landmark” project was a traveling digital activation created to promote Microsoft’s Intelligent Cloud, Intelligent Edge (ICIE). It is a bold and highly visible kinetic sculpture and interactive installation that has traveled to various Microsoft trade show locations around the country.
At the base of the medallion are 12 interactive kiosk stations that feature two touchscreen applications. The first is a 3D farming simulation that introduces audiences to the concept of precision farming and how using AI and IoT devices makes farming more efficient so that we can better feed our growing population. The second application is a storytelling platform that allows Microsoft’s sponsors and partners to tell high-level stories using Sway, a Microsoft presentation tool.
Role
Led in the creation and creative direction of user interface components for the touchscreen experience.
